BEHIND THE LENS

Mo Aghaee

Every scene has its own energy.
Every abandoned place has a story.

My photography begins with curiosity about the city and the details we often walk past. I’m drawn to old buildings, abandoned places, and storefronts: the textures, traces of life, and quiet stories they hold.

I explore every corner of the city, from its streets and buildings to its storefronts and overlooked spaces. Documentary photography is my way of slowing down, looking closer, and capturing the character of a place.
